When I was growing up, I watched my brilliant brother on the Autism Spectrum struggle to be understood. He had incredible insights, innovative ideas, and a mind that worked in fascinating ways. But because he communicated differently, people dismissed him. Labeled him. Overlooked his genius.
That’s when I realized the devastating truth: Your ideas are worthless if nobody understands them.
I started studying why some people could capture attention effortlessly while others (often smarter people) were ignored. I became obsessed with the invisible forces that make communication either magnetic or forgettable.
Here’s what I discovered: It’s never about being the loudest person in the room. It’s about understanding magnetic communication (AKA those hidden relationship dynamics that happen between people when they communicate).
While other coaches focus on fixing YOU (your confidence, your delivery, your presence), I focus on what happens in the SPACE between you and other people. That’s where real influence lives.
